• Communicating with the Culinary Team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
• Ensuring food pick-up and service are being carried out impeccably and completed in a timely manner.
• Anticipating guest needs, ascertaining satisfaction, offering suggestions, and responding urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Setting up tables, serving food and beverages to guests, and clearing and cleaning tables.
• Communicating guest orders, including any special needs or requests, to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sale system.
• Coordinating food timings according to company standards.
• Following all SOPs and SOS guidelines provided to the service team.
• Understanding all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and proper service.
• Breaking down, cleaning, and setting up tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Performing other tasks or projects assigned by restaurant management.
• Ensuring comprehensive knowledge of health and safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintaining the outlet in perfect condition.

What you already have...
