Job summary

ROKA Dubai is looking for a Senior Waiter to join our vibrant team and elevate the guest experience through meticulous, warm service and expert knowledge of Japanese-inspired cuisine.

You will lead by example in a high-volume environment, coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen teams, and help deliver the unforgettable dining moments ROKA is known for across our venues in the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Waiter in a luxury high-volume restaurant or similar.
• Strong guest-service orientation with attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for attentive, personalized guest service and anticipate guest needs.
• Deliver dishes to tables with accuracy and presentation.
• Maintain a pristine, well-organized dining area with correctly set tables.
• Uphold quality and consistency in every guest interaction and service moment.
• Coordinate with FOH and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Set the standard for attentive and personalized guest service, anticipating needs and resolving requests efficiently
• Deliver dishes to guests with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to presentation
• Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area, ensuring tables are set and reset to the highest standard
• To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
• Liaise with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and transparent communication
