Qualifications

• A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine.
• Proven experience as Senior Waiter in a luxury high-volume restaurant or similar.
• A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team.
• Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for attentive and personalized guest service.
• Deliver dishes to guests with precision, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area, tables set and reset to the highest standard.
• To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience.
• Liaise with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and transparent communication.
