Job summary

AlphaMind Group's Raspoutine in DIFC Dubai is seeking a Restaurant Manager to run day-to-day floor operations, covering both fine dining and nightclub transitions, and to lead the Front of House team while upholding the venue’s service standards.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage VIP guests and reservations, monitor costs, and collaborate with Kitchen, Bar and Entertainment to ensure seamless operation in line with UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior Floor Management role.
• Dubai/UAE hospitality experience preferred; DIFC familiarity is an advantage.
• Proven track record managing large teams in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong working knowledge of POS systems, reservation platforms and basic P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations from fine-dining to nightclub transition.
• Lead, coach and motivate the Front of House team to deliver 5-star service.
• Own the guest experience end-to-end including VIP table management and reservations.
• Manage staff rosters, floor briefings, grooming standards and performance.
• Monitor and control operational costs, including labour and consumables.
• Partner with Kitchen, Bar and Entertainment teams for seamless coordination.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of Front of House staff.
• Prepare shift reports and feedback for the General Manager.
• Drive upselling initiatives and support revenue targets.

Raspoutine is one of Dubai's most prominent nightlife destinations, located in the heart of DIFC. Combining fine dining, live entertainment and an electric nightclub atmosphere, Raspoutine attracts a discerning, high-profile clientele and sets the benchmark for premium hospitality experiences in the region.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the floor, ensuring an exceptional and seamless guest experience across dinner service and the nightclub transition. This role leads the Front of House team, upholds Raspoutine's service standards, and drives the commercial performance of the venue while maintaining full compliance with UAE hospitality and licensing regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service flow from fine-dining seatings through to the nightclub transition.
• Lead, coach and motivate the Front of House team (Captains, Waiters, Hosts, Runners) to consistently deliver 5-star service.
• Own the guest experience end-to-end, including VIP table management, reservations, and handling escalations with discretion and professionalism.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests, regulars and key clientele, ensuring a personalised experience.
• Manage staff rosters, floor briefings, grooming standards and performance in line with company policy.
• Monitor and control operational costs, including labour, breakages and consumables, in line with budget targets.
• Partner with the Kitchen, Bar and Entertainment teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE health, safety, hygiene and licensing requirements at all times.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of Front of House staff.
• Prepare shift reports, incident reports and feedback for the General Manager, flagging trends and improvement opportunities.
• Drive upselling initiatives and support revenue targets in collaboration with the management team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior Floor Management role within a high-volume, premium restaurant, bar or nightclub environment.
• Prior experience in Dubai/UAE hospitality strongly preferred; familiarity with DIFC venues is an advantage.
• Proven track record managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure service environment.
• Strong working knowledge of POS systems, reservation platforms and basic P&L management.
• Impeccable grooming, presentation and guest-facing communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, in line with nightlife operating hours.
• Fluent English required; additional languages (French, Arabic, Russian) an advantage given the venue's international clientele.
