Job summary

ROKA is seeking a Head Sommelier to lead the wine and sake program in a luxury, high-volume setting in Dubai. You will train a large team on product knowledge, service standards, and sales techniques while driving wine sales and guest satisfaction.

You will manage wine inventory, collaborate with suppliers, assist guests with pairings, and ensure proper storage and presentation. A passion for Japanese cuisine and hospitality excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Wine knowledge and service experience; luxury, high-volume background preferred.
• Ability to train and develop a team on product knowledge, service standards and upselling.
• Strong guest-focused approach with a talent for creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the wine program and uphold ROKA's wine and sake ethos.
