Job summary

Zuma invites a dedicated Waiter to join our vibrant team on Al Maryah Island. You will deliver attentive, personalized service for guests in a luxury, high-volume Japanese dining setting, ensuring precise order delivery and impeccable presentation.

Collaborating closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams, you’ll uphold the Zuma standard of excellence, contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine
• Proven experience as Waiter in a luxury high-volume restaurant or similar
• A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team
• Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences

• Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and addressing any requests promptly
• Deliver dishes to guests with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to presentation
• Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area, ensuring tables are set and reset to the highest standard
• To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
• Liaise with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and transparent communication
