Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years in gaming marketing or VIP services.
- Proven multi-market revenue growth in GCC/MENA.
- Strong leadership of hosts and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in player segmentation, reinvestment models, and ADT.
- Experience in regulated, diverse markets and VIP networks.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional revenue strategy and marketing programs.
- Drive VIP acquisition, retention, and host team leadership.
- Develop multi-market plans maximizing theoretical win and ADT.
- Ensure campaigns comply with UAE/regional regulations and responsible gaming.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, compliance and F&B to deliver guest experiences.
- Build relationships with regional travel trade and luxury brands.
