Job summary
Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Director of Gaming Marketing Performance and Analytics to lead VIP data strategy and analytics for a luxury resort opening in the United Arab Emirates. You will own the VIP marketing database, guide customer acquisition, segmentation, and growth initiatives, and independently manage analytical projects from conception to execution.
Exceptional SQL expertise and executive presentation skills are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- Extensive experience in gaming marketing and gaming analytics and VIP database management.
- Expert SQL skills and ability to operate autonomously from analysis conception through implementation oversight.
- Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Own VIP databased ownership and administration, ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Lead advanced analytics and autonomous execution to support growth strategies.
- Translate datasets into actionable insights and monitor reinvestment levels.
- Own VIP & Special Events analytics, post-event evaluations and pro formas.
- Provide strategic oversight for special events operations and governance reporting.
