Job summary

K20s - Kinetic Technologies Private Limited in Sharjah is seeking a Senior Voice Engineer to design, implement, and support Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration platforms, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of voice, contact center, conferencing, and cloud services.

You will manage CUCM, UCCX, CER, Unity, Expressway, and related infrastructure, lead upgrades, coordinate with vendors, and provide Tier 3 support for complex incidents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco Collaboration and UC architectures.
• Strong knowledge of CUCM, UCCX, and video/voice integration.
• Experience with UCS and VMware virtualization in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer CUCM, CUC, CER, and Expressway with high availability.
• Support UCCX, Finesse, IVR scripts, and contact center reporting.
• Manage voice gateways, SIP/H.323, and SBCs across networks.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and vendor coordination.
• Support cloud collaboration and Teams integration with Cisco solutions.
