Job summary

Linda Cars in the UAE is seeking an experienced senior vehicle sourcing professional. You will identify, evaluate, and acquire high-quality used vehicles through a wide network of dealers, partners, and owners across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

You will lead negotiations to secure favorable purchase and consignment terms, monitor market trends and pricing, and ensure all vehicles meet our quality and commercial standards. Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vehicle acquisition, car buying or consignment within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE used-car market prices and valuations.
• Established UAE automotive network preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good mechanical understanding and ability to assess vehicle condition.
• Valid UAE driving licence and based in Abu Dhabi/UAE.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality used vehicles through networks and partners.
• Visit dealerships across Abu Dhabi and the UAE to identify acquisitions.
• Develop and maintain a robust dealer and owner network.
• Inspect and evaluate vehicles for condition, history, and resale potential.
• Negotiate purchase and consignment terms achieving margins.
• Monitor market pricing, stock movement, and demand.
• Recommend budgets and strategies based on market conditions.
• Ensure acquired vehicles meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate sourcing and negotiation records.
