Job summary

Al Marwan Group in the UAE seeks an experienced sales professional to identify and develop new customers for used heavy machinery, and to manage and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

You will promote and sell equipment such as excavators, loaders, cranes, and forklifts, conduct meetings and site visits, negotiate terms, coordinate with operations and logistics, and maintain CRM records to track leads and activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sale of heavy machinery.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers for used heavy machinery sales.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Promote and sell used heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, cranes, and forklifts.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and equipment demonstrations.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales successfully.
• Coordinate with operations, workshop, and logistics teams for machine inspection and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing of used machinery.
• Follow up on payments, documentation, and equipment handover.
