Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and energetic Sales Manager to lead and expand our used construction and mining equipment business in the Middle East. The ideal candidate must be currently based in the region with a strong track record in selling used heavy equipment across GCC, Africa, LATAM and surrounding markets. This is a leadership role for a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building and scaling teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of used construction and mining equipment across the Middle East through direct sales, dealer networks and strategic partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets and customer segments within the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, mining firms, traders and fleet owners.
• Recruit, train and mentor a high‑performing sales team to support business growth.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region to meet customers, attend exhibitions and explore new markets.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and industry developments to maintain competitive edge.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates and market feedback to the senior management team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must be based in Africa (or open to relocate); extensive experience in the African market in automotive or construction equipment machine sales.
• Experience selling used construction and mining equipment such as cranes, dozers, loaders, excavators (10–20 years).
• Strong network across Africa in relevant sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, self‑starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
