Job summary
Penspen? Penspen in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Production/Operations Engineer to support PMC activities on an upstream oil & gas project. The role requires deep expertise in production engineering, well intervention, and production optimization.
The candidate should have ADNOC Onshore experience and hands-on familiarity with ESP, Gas Lift, and rod pumps, plus a track record in stimulation, testing, logging and well integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in relevant Engineering.
- 15+ years of upstream oil & gas experience with strong production engineering and well operations background.
- ADNOC Onshore experience with good knowledge of ADNOC standards and operational requirements.
- Strong experience in production optimization, well intervention, rigless operations and well integrity.
- Hands-on experience with well testing, logging, stimulation and artificial lift systems (ESP/Gas Lift/Rod Pump).
- Experience in production surveillance, well performance and production enhancement programs.
Responsibilities
- Support PMC activities for an upstream oil & gas project.
- Apply ADNOC standards and operational requirements.
- Lead production optimization initiatives and well intervention programs.
- Oversee rigless operations and ensure well integrity.
- Coordinate testing, logging, stimulation and artificial lift activities.
