Job summary

Penspen is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage PMC activities for a major upstream oil & gas project in Abu Dhabi. Preference given to candidates with EPF experience and/or sour gas, critical gas and gas treatment facilities exposure.

The role requires 20+ years in the oil & gas industry, with substantial PM experience in PMC/EPC settings. ADNOC PMC experience and ability to manage interfaces across disciplines will be highly valued.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in oil & gas with PM experience in PMC/EPC.
• ADNOC project experience in a PMC environment.
• Experience across FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and handover.
• EPF experience preferred with related upstream facilities exposure.
• Experience with Sour Gas, Critical Gas or Gas Treatment facilities preferred.
• Proven ability to manage EPC contractors, engineering consultants and multiple interfaces.
• Strong track record delivering complex projects safely, on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PMC activities for a major upstream oil & gas project.
• Coordinate interfaces between upstream facilities, gas gathering, pipelines and processing facilities.
• Oversee schedule, cost, risk, change control, contracts, quality and HSE for project delivery.
