Job summary

Penspen? Penspen is seeking a Senior Production/Operations Engineer to support PMC activities in Abu Dhabi. The role requires extensive experience in production engineering, well intervention, integrity, artificial lift, stimulation, testing and optimization, with ADNOC upstream exposure.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Engineering and 15+ years of upstream oil & gas experience, including ADNOC Onshore familiarity. Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards and well operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 15+ years of upstream oil & gas experience with production engineering and well operations.
• Experience with ADNOC Onshore and ADNOC standards.
• Strong expertise in production optimization, well intervention and well integrity.
• Hands-on well testing, logging, stimulation, and artificial lift systems.
• Experience in production surveillance and performance enhancement programs.
