Job summary

Penspen Ltd in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Production/Operations Engineer to support PMC activities on an upstream oil & gas project. The role requires strong expertise in production engineering, well intervention, artificial lift, stimulation, well testing and production optimization, with extensive experience in ADNOC upstream operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
• 15+ years of upstream oil & gas experience with strong production engineering and well operations background.
• ADNOC Onshore experience with good knowledge of ADNOC standards and operational requirements.
• Strong experience in production optimization, well intervention, rigless operations and well integrity.
• Hands-on experience with well testing, logging, stimulation and artificial lift systems (ESP/Gas Lift/Rod Pump).
• Experience in production surveillance, well performance and production enhancement programs.
