Job summary

Penspen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead PMC activities for a major upstream oil & gas project in Abu Dhabi. The role emphasizes EPF and sour gas exposure, with responsibility for overall project delivery in a PMC/EPC setting.

The candidate will manage multidisciplinary interfaces, uphold ADNOC standards, and ensure safety, schedule, and cost targets are met from FEED through handover.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in oil & gas with PMC/EPC execution.
• Experience with ADNOC standards, specifications, and PMC requirements.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary upstream projects through FEED to handover.
• Strong background in EPF, sour gas, and gas treatment facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PMC activities for major upstream project.
• Oversee interfaces between upstream facilities, pipelines, and utilities.
• Manage project schedule, cost, risk, change, and HSE to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate EPC contractors, consultants, vendors and project interfaces.
