Job summary

Penspen? Penspen is seeking a Senior Production/Operations Engineer to support PMC activities in Abu Dhabi. The role requires extensive experience in production engineering, well intervention, integrity, artificial lift, stimulation, testing and optimization, with ADNOC upstream exposure.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Engineering and 15+ years of upstream oil & gas experience, including ADNOC Onshore familiarity. Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards and well operations is essential.

We are seeking an experienced Production & Operations Engineer to support PMC activities for an upstream oil & gas project. The role requires strong expertise in production engineering, well intervention, well integrity, artificial lift, stimulation, well testing and production optimization, with extensive experience in ADNOC upstream operations.

Experience & Qualification Required

• Bachelors in relevant Engineering


• 15+ years of upstream oil & gas experience with strong production engineering and well operations background.


• ADNOC Onshore experience with good knowledge of ADNOC standards and operational requirements.


• Strong experience in production optimization, well intervention, rigless operations and well integrity.


• Hands-on experience with well testing, logging, stimulation and artificial lift systems (ESP/Gas Lift/Rod Pump).


• Experience in production surveillance, well performance and production enhancement programs.
