Job summary

Sonsoto seeks a senior corporate services professional to own a UAE client portfolio across free zones, mainland, and offshore. You will manage from scoping calls to licence issuance, visa stamping, banking, and renewals, with your name on every file.

You will coordinate with tax and accounting specialists while maintaining direct relations with immigration officers and free-zone managers. Fluent English is essential; Arabic is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in UAE corporate services — free-zone and mainland experience essential.
• Direct working relationships with immigration officers and free-zone account managers.
• Clear, precise writing under pressure; case notes read like a specialist wrote them.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Scoping calls with new founders inside two business hours.
• Fixed-fee quotes and document lists produced before you commit the firm.
• Licence issuance across DED, IFZA, DMCC, RAKEZ, Meydan, ADGM, and DIFC.
• Weekly written status updates on every active case.
• Renewal calendar and quotes issued three months before each due date.
