Job summary

GCC Group seeks a senior Business Development Manager to own origination and closing of strategic opportunities across the GCC. You will build and leverage a UAE-wide network, engage founders and fund managers, and shape proposals, pricing and engagements with law firms, banks and family offices.

You will manage the full pipeline, convert inquiries, and help position the group’s corporate services, legal, capital markets and trust offerings.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in business development, sales or client origination, including at least three selling professional services.
• Proven track record of originating and closing new business, with numbers you can speak to.
• An existing UAE professional network you can activate.
• Solid knowledge of the UAE business environment: mainland and freezone structures.
• Commercial judgement with ability to qualify hard and protect the firm's time.
• Excellent spoken and written English; presence to hold a senior room.
• CRM discipline; keep your pipeline current without being asked.
• Currently in the UAE with a transferable visa or eligible for a new employment visa.
• UAE driving licence.
• Preferred Arabic language skills.
• Experience selling into family offices, fund managers or high-net-worth clients.
• Familiarity with ADGM and DIFC structures, fund formation, or trust planning.
• Existing relationships in Saudi Arabia and experience selling into that market.
• Experience in a boutique or founder-led firm where you carried a number personally.

Responsibilities

• Origination and closing of new business across the group.
• Own the new-business pipeline end to end: identify, qualify, pitch and close.
• Build a referral network across law firms, accounting practices, banks, fund administrators, consultants and family offices in the UAE and Gulf.
• Develop direct relationships with founders and fund managers; establish regional presence.
• Prepare and present proposals, fee estimates and engagement scopes; negotiate terms.
• Convert inquiries generated by marketing into qualified opportunities.
• Cross-group selling across corporate services and related offerings.
• Maintain Zoho CRM pipeline and report weekly on movement and forecast.
• Represent the group at conferences, exhibitions and client events across the Gulf.
• Act as a credible public face for the firm in person and on LinkedIn.
