Job summary

GE Vernova in Dubai, UAE seeks a Lead Product Service Engineer - Turbine Controls & Operability to provide direct technical support to global customers across three workstreams. Responsibilities include owning complex controls resolution, driving RCAs, collaborating with Design Eng, PM, manufacturing, sourcing, vendors, and customers to deliver timely solutions.

Strong English communication is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in controls/operations/engineering for gas/steam turbines.
• Proven customer-facing or engineering role experience.
• Strong oral and written communication in English.
• Willingness to travel ~10–15% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical resolution to complex controls system issues for gas/steam turbines.
• Identify trending issues and communicate countermeasures to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Design Eng, PM, regional centers, manufacturing, and customers for timely resolutions.
• Lead RCAs and share findings with field teams and leadership.
• Promote GE Vernova Way, lean principles, and simplification in daily activities.
