• Experience with transport modelling, simulation, and route optimization tools.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Excellent English, verbal and written communication; executive-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design workstreams to secure new business and renew contracts.
• Design complex transport networks and operating models using simulation and routing tools.
• Provide expert insights for strategic opportunities, implementation projects, and re‑engineering initiatives.
• Develop cost models, pricing strategies, and commercial recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations to implement awarded projects.
• Partner with Business Development to identify client requirements.
• Create, present, and defend compelling solution concepts and proposals.
• Drive knowledge sharing and training across the organisation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
