Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transport, or solution design, owning complex transport projects.
• Experience using transport modelling, simulation, and route optimization tools.
• Strong understanding of transport operations and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Proven ability to design scalable transport solutions for complex customer requirements.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate requirements into customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solution Design workstreams to secure new business and renew contracts.
• Design complex transport networks and operating models with simulation and optimization tools.
• Provide insights for opportunities, implementations, and re-engineering initiatives.
• Develop robust costing models, pricing strategies, and commercial recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure successful project delivery and customer success.
• Identify customer requirements and create tailored transport solutions meeting goals.
• Represent DHL in senior customer engagements and drive knowledge sharing.
