Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or business analysis roles.
• Strong command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Identifies data and process gaps specific to the department and proposes practical solutions, feeding insight upward to the Transformation Lead/Manager.
• Conducts detailed analysis (process, performance, benchmarking) to support the partnered department's transformation initiative design and decision-making.
• Prepares high-quality presentations, reports, and business cases for review by the Transformation Lead/Manager and relevant department stakeholders.
• Supports coordination of initiative activities across contributing teams within the department and tracks associated action items.
• Contributes to change management activities within the department, including drafting communications and tracking adoption metrics.
• Documents meeting outcomes (MOM) and maintains initiative trackers and repositories for the partnered department.
• Supports embedded Transformation Specialist(s) on shared deliverables.
