Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/admin or related field; Master’s preferred.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Manager of the Strategy Execution Support Department is responsible for overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role ensures alignment between strategic goals and operational execution, driving efficiency and effectiveness in achieving organizational objectives. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, identify challenges, and provide solutions to ensure successful strategy execution. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Manager will also play a key role in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the organization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Job Specific:
  • Manage the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects effectively and efficiently.

• Facilitate internal workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their understanding of strategy execution processes.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management on the status of strategic initiatives.

External:

• Engage with external consultants and vendors to support the execution of strategic initiatives.
• Communicate with industry experts and peers to gather insights and best practices for strategy execution.
• Represent the organization at external events and forums related to strategy execution and management.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to external audiences on the organization's strategy execution efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy execution, project management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Professional Certifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.

WORK CONDITION:
