Job summary

Landmark Group in Dubai is seeking a Rewards Lead to drive compensation strategy and competitive rewards practices across its global businesses. The role will partner with HR leaders, oversee annual cycles, incentives and pay revisions, and lead data-driven insights to support talent decisions.

You will guide transformation initiatives and collaborate with technology and shared services to scale rewards processes.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree/MBA in HR from a top business school.
• 12–16 years in compensation & rewards.
• Experience leading compensation strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Advanced HR process knowledge: Compensation, PMS, Talent Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership presence.
• Strong project management and execution capability.
• Commercial acumen with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate Rewards programs including benefits.
• Ensure compliance with governmental compensation regulations.
• Partner with HR Leaders across units and geographies on rewards strategy.
• Own design, development and governance of compensation programs.
• Act as SME on total rewards practices.
• Lead Remuneration Committee preparation and decisions.
• Oversee fitment for senior hires and internal moves.
• Drive market surveys, benchmarking and insights.
• Own HR analytics for rewards and deliver strategic insights.
• Lead automation and transformation initiatives in Rewards with Tech/SSS.
• Drive process excellence, simplification and scalability.
• Ensure high-quality, timely data delivery to stakeholders.
