Job summary

About the Role

The Senior Technician - Material Fulfillment plays a crucial role in supporting daily warehousing, kitting, and material movement activities to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of engine parts to production. Collaborating closely with warehouse and kitting teams, this position ensures proper documentation, accurate inventory management, and strict adherence to fulfillment procedures. The role directly contributes to maintaining operational efficiency and meeting engine turnaround targets by guaranteeing material readiness and compliance with quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and issuing kitting bins aligned with engine build schedules, including material picking, staging, and physical verification against kit lists.
• Support accurate labeling, packing, and transfer of materials to designated areas within the warehouse.
• Update system entries related to kitting completion, stock transfers, and material movement using Oracle or other designated ERP systems.
• Maintain precise documentation of fulfilled kits and promptly flag any discrepancies to senior staff.
• Participate in cycle counting, stock accuracy verification, and physical inventory reconciliations, reporting mismatches or low stock levels to supervisors.
• Coordinate internal material movement from warehouse to production in partnership with the logistics team, monitoring kit flow and identifying bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with material handling protocols, safety standards, and quality assurance requirements, escalating damaged or non-conforming items as necessary.
• Support team leads and specialists with urgent fulfillment or re-kitting requests, actively participating in team huddles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who we are looking for

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a diploma or vocational qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or a related field. While a bachelor's degree is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations; fresh graduates with relevant internships will also be considered. Experience within Aviation or MRO environments is a plus but not required.

Key competencies include foundational knowledge of warehouse operations, proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle, familiarity with kitting procedures, and strong safety awareness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accuracy, effective communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and sound time management to meet material delivery timelines efficiently.
