You will mentor junior technicians, promote ethical culture, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining the highest quality and safety.

Qualifications

About the Role

The Senior Technician plays a critical role within the Gate 3 & 4 operations of the Aviation & Aero Engine MRO division. This position is responsible for executing engine disassembly, assembly, and inspection activities with strict adherence to approved technical data. The role demands a strong focus on aviation safety and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards. Additionally, the Senior Technician fosters an ethical, open culture within the team and contributes to maintaining the highest quality standards in all operational tasks.

Your Responsibilities

• Total Engine Management Process Execution (50%): Carry out all disassembly, assembly, and inspection tasks ensuring compliance with aviation and HS&E regulations.
• Ethical Leadership and Culture Promotion (25%): Act as a trusted team member who raises concerns about unethical behavior and encourages direct, honest feedback to promote a positive team environment.
• Technical Competency Development (15%): Mentor and guide junior technicians to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Resource Allocation and Compliance Oversight (10%): Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, promptly addressing any discrepancies to maintain adherence to aviation authorities and industry standards.

Who we are looking for

We seek a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the technical aviation or MRO industry, holding an associate, vocational, or technical degree in aviation, aeronautical engineering, MRO, or a related discipline. Candidates must possess D2 level authorization or equivalent certification in relevant processes.
