Job summary

Sanad Aerotech in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Officer - Gate 2 to support day-to-day warehousing, kitting, and material movement for aviation engine parts. You will ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery to production while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will mentor junior colleagues, collaborate with warehouse and production teams, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced MRO environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or vocational qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
• 4–5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations, preferably with aviation/MRO exposure.
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse workflows, inventory management, and kitting procedures.
• Strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and issuing kitting bins according to engine build schedules, performing material picking, staging, and verification against kit lists.
• Maintain documentation by updating system entries for kitting completion, stock transfers, and material movement in ERP systems.
• Conduct spot-checks and review colleagues' entries for accuracy and compliance with fulfillment procedures.
• Participate in cycle counts and stock accuracy verification, identify discrepancies, and lead spot-check counts while coaching Officers.
• Support internal material movement from warehouse to production areas, monitor kit flow, and report bottlenecks to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with QA protocols, safety standards, and proper storage of materials in warehouse and kitting zones.
• Assist team leads with urgent fulfillment, participate in daily huddles, and contribute to continuous improvement and lean exercises.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members to foster development and maintain high performance.
