Qualifications

Civil, structural or closely relevant engineering background.
Demonstrated personal contribution to winning B2B construction contracts.
Understanding of specialist concrete works, construction methods and commercial risk.
Strong client-facing, negotiation and relationship-management capabilities.
Professional spoken Arabic and working English.
Ability to work in Dubai and attend UAE client and project-site meetings.
Leadership potential and disciplined reporting.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop opportunities with main contractors, developers, consultants and industrial clients.
Personally manage business development opportunities from qualification through negotiation and contract award.
Coordinate technical proposals, pricing and tender submissions with engineering and operations teams.
Develop and maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, including follow-up actions and forecasts.
Support commercial planning, account development and sustainable business growth.
