Carrier seeks a Senior Technical Sales Engineer for heating and hot water systems in the UAE. You will drive sales growth, provide technical expertise, and support distributors with competitive project solutions.

Seeking a mechanical engineering background with 5+ years in heating/hot water, experience with boilers, heat pumps, and hydraulic systems, and fluency in English and Arabic. Travel within UAE is expected in this full‑time, on‑site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Energy, Thermal, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heating and hot water systems with strong technical estimation background.
• Solid knowledge of commercial boilers, heat pumps, hydraulic systems, storage solutions, and control technologies.
• Experience working with distributors and indirect sales channels.
• Strong analytical skills for system sizing and cost calculation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical and commercial estimates for heating and hot water systems (residential and commercial).
• Review project specifications, tender documents, and customer requirements.
• Develop system concepts including boilers, heat pumps, hybrid systems, storage tanks, hydraulic layouts, and control solutions.
• Ensure accurate sizing, performance calculations, and compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Support the preparation of competitive quotations and tender submissions.
• Provide technical guidance to distributors during project development and bidding phases.
• Assist distributors with system selection, configuration, and optimization.
• Conduct technical training sessions and product workshops.
• Support key accounts in resolving complex technical issues.
• Strengthen long‑term relationships through proactive technical engagement.
