Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Engineer for heating and hot water systems in the UAE. You will develop detailed technical and commercial estimates, review specifications, and design system concepts that meet local standards while optimizing cost and performance.

You will partner with distributors and regional sales teams, deliver technical trainings, support key accounts, and advise on energy efficiency and decarbonization strategies. Fluent English and Arabic are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Energy, Thermal, or Building Services Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in heating and hot water systems with strong estimation skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic; valid UAE driving license; willingness to travel within the UAE.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed technical and commercial estimates for heating and hot water systems.
Review project specs, tender documents, and customer requirements.
Develop system concepts including boilers, heat pumps, and storage solutions.
Act as a senior technical expert for system design and compliance.
Monitor market trends and provide feedback to product management.
