Halian invites experienced Recruitment Consultants to join its Technology Permanent Recruitment team in Dubai. This 360 role covers business development, client relationships and delivering permanent technology hires across the Middle East.

You'll work with CIOs, CTOs and senior leaders, building a network of candidates in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Software Engineering and Digital Transformation. Dubai relocation encouraged for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' recruitment experience.
• Experience within technology/IT recruitment.
• Previous 360 recruitment and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a portfolio of technology recruitment clients across the GCC.
• Generate new business and permanent recruitment opportunities.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs and other senior technology leaders.
• Partner with enterprise, government and high-growth organisations.
• Manage the full recruitment process from business development to placement.
