Job summary

Halian, part of the NES Fircroft Group, seeks a Client Executive in Dubai to own end-to-end IT contracting recruitment and deliver best-in-class solutions.

You will manage key client relationships, understand hiring needs, source and interview IT professionals, build a strong contractor pipeline, and negotiate terms to ensure successful onboarding and project starts.

This client-facing, target-driven role operates in a fast-paced, competitive market across IT disciplines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ agency recruitment experience, ideally within IT, technology, or digital markets.
• Proven ability to recruit technical/IT roles.
• Confident, engaging communicator in candidate and client interactions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Commercially aware with a target-driven mindset.
• Skilled at multi-tasking across multiple recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and grow partnerships.
• Source, interview, assess, and place IT professionals on contract.
• Develop targeted sourcing and headhunting strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of IT contractors.
• Oversee candidate and contractor lifecycle from first contact to onboarding.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients and contractors.
• Monitor market trends and inform hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and compliance.
• Ensure delivery against business targets.
