Job summary

Mark Williams Recruitment in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Technology Recruiter with 5+ years in AI, Digital Transformation and technology recruitment. You will lead the full 360° lifecycle, develop client relationships and build a strong technology talent pipeline, while hitting BD and recruitment targets.

The role requires mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology recruitment experience
• Strong experience in new business acquisition
• Proven track record in AI, Digital Transformation and Technology recruitment
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded, proactive and target driven
• UAE/GCC recruitment experience is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver high-quality candidates within tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage full 360° recruitment lifecycle from BD through sourcing, interviews, offers and placement
• Recruit across AI, Generative AI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation and emerging technologies
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers and tech professionals
• Conduct market mapping, headhunting and targeted sourcing for niche and senior technology roles
• Build and manage a strong technology talent pipeline
• Achieve recruitment, placement and business development targets
