Job summary

Bain & Company in Dubai is seeking a Manager of Experienced Talent Recruiting for Technology & AI to lead global searches, shape innovative recruiting strategies, and ensure a superior candidate experience. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to build pipelines and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on technology and AI talent within Bain’s Vector capability, requiring strong stakeholder management and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of technology recruiting experience, with corporate/in-house expertise.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence hiring decisions effectively.
• Agile and curious, with the ability to quickly learn new functional areas.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Experience managing multiple searches in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

• Maintain accurate data and reporting within ATS systems.
• Contribute to team initiatives and help evolve recruiting tools, resources, and ways of working

Together, you’ll shape hiring strategies and attract top talent across AI, technology, and digital roles within Bain’s Vector capability, while working with senior leaders across geographies, industries, and capabilities.
