Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition & Talent Intelligence to deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment and shape an AI-enabled TA model. The role blends traditional recruitment with sourcing, talent intelligence, AI, automation and data-driven decision making.

The position requires hands-on recruiting with a technology focus, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to close high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven talent acquisition experience within the UAE/MENA region.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capability.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple recruitment priorities.
• Strong candidate engagement, influencing, negotiation and offer-closing skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and AI recruitment technology.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: manage recruitment assignments from role intake through sourcing, assessment, selection, offer management and closure.
• Strategic Sourcing & Talent Intelligence: build proactive talent pipelines and conduct talent mapping.
• AI, Technology & Automation: adopt AI-enabled recruitment tech and automation across the hiring lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory: provide hiring managers with market insights and sourcing recommendations.
• Candidate Experience & Employer Brand: ensure a professional, engaging candidate journey and strong EVP.
• Data, Analytics & Continuous Improvement: monitor recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.
