Job summary

Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive talent management, learning and development, and organisational development across the organisation.

You will lead end-to-end performance management cycles, design competency models, and collaborate with line managers to align learning initiatives with strategic goals, while supporting UAE Nationals development.

Qualifications

• Eight years in Human Resources with leadership experience.
• Experience in Talent Management, L&D and/or Organisational Development.
• Knowledge of learning frameworks, competency development and HR methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and facilitate talent management and learning activities.
• Conduct TNA and develop annual training plans and budgets.
• Lead competency and skills gap analyses and coordinate training providers.
• Monitor ROI and effectiveness of L&D programmes; collaborate with educational institutions.
• Coordinate leadership development and Emiratisation objectives; support succession planning.
• Manage end-to-end performance management cycle; design and update competency framework.
