Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition specialist focused on construction to develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, identify top talent, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across roles from engineers to executives.

You will partner with hiring managers and project leaders, understand project timelines and cultural fit, and build pipelines to meet future workforce needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with construction focus.
• Proven track record recruiting for engineers, project managers, superintendents and skilled trades.
• Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukrigulf and industry boards.
