Job summary

Astra Engineering & Construction is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader in Abu Dhabi to drive end-to-end recruitment for engineering construction roles across corporate and project teams. You will develop innovative sourcing strategies for Oil & Gas and EPC sectors and partner with leaders to forecast workforce needs.

As a key partner, you will build robust talent pipelines, conduct market intelligence, and benchmark against competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, or Construction industries.
• Proven track record in hiring for technical, engineering, and leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
