Job summary

AECOM are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to be based in Dubai. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of high-volume recruitment needs, particularly for construction supervision roles.

The ideal candidate will be a 360-degree recruiter with prior exposure to high-volume recruitment in a consultancy environment, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal hiring managers across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field from accredited university.
• Familiarity with Middle East recruitment practices.
• Experience recruiting technical/engineering roles in consultancy, esp. transport/infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume construction roles across the Middle East region.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using internal systems, job boards, social platforms, and networks.
• Conduct talent mapping and pipeline building to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Middle East to ensure delivery.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure role and culture fit.
