Job summary

Imdaad Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Recruitment professional to drive KPI attainment and deliver suitable candidates to clients on time. You will review staffing needs, coordinate with unit heads, and manage end-to-end hiring processes from posting to onboarding.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, exceptional English communication, strong MS Office skills, and a robust client network. This position focuses on cost-effective sourcing and smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; PG Diploma/PG Degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
• Excellent computer literacy with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed recruitment KPIs cost-effectively.
• Deliver the right candidate at the right place at the right time to satisfy clients.
• Review staffing requirements based on the approved organization charts.
• Coordinate with business unit heads on recruitment requirements.
• Contribute to agency selection, negotiation and review processes.
• Post advertisements on social media if data bank is insufficient.
• Conduct preliminary screening and shortlisting of candidates.
• Manage timely interview scheduling with requisitioning departments.
• Ensure all hiring requirements are met with complete documentation and visa processes.
• Handover new hires to contracts for deployment and payroll starter status.
• Perform other functions as assigned; assist Admin in induction and HC projects.
