Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to own end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialized, and business-critical roles. You will partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans, develop proactive sourcing and hiring strategies, and build robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

You will act as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, candidate assessment, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to leadership hiring and senior executive recruitment.
• Experience hiring for senior, specialized, and business-critical roles.
• Ability to build and manage robust talent pipelines.
