NMC GROUP SERVICES. in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and backup infrastructure. You will ensure AD health, security hardening, and DR readiness while supporting L2/L3 incidents.

The role requires Azure AD expertise, VMCE/Veeam knowledge, and PowerShell skills; strong troubleshooters with solid documentation and teamwork mindset will thrive in this environment, integrating with virtualization and storage technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID (plus).
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent certifications.
• Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE).
• Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• Familiarity with virtualization and storage technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving and incident management capabilities.
• Effective communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain Domain Controllers, OU s & User/Group management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AD replication and authentication issues.
• Conduct routine AD health checks and maintenance activities.
• Support domain security hardening and compliance initiatives.
• Design, implement, and manage GPOs.
• Implement security policies and restrictions using GPOs.
• Administer and manage Enterprise Veeam Backup & Replication infrastructure.
• Conduct restore testing and disaster recovery exercises; optimize backup performance.
• Manage backup repositories, retention policies, and storage utilization.
• Monitor server, Domain Controller & Backup infrastructure availability and performance.
• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 technical support for infrastructure incidents.
