Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Transportation Safety Specialist - HSE Compliance in Dubai to govern road transport safety, monitor contractor compliance, and lead journey management initiatives. Qualifications

Strong practical experience in transportation safety, road risk management, and HSE inspections.
Experience with contractor compliance and driver monitoring in large industrial environments.
Familiarity with journey management, incident investigation, and data-driven safety improvements.

Responsibilities

Ensure effective implementation of ADNOC Onshore Transportation Safety standards across locations.
Maintain oversight of drivers, vehicles, and road networks to meet safety requirements.
Conduct field audits, inspections, and spot checks of vehicles and journey management systems.
Verify compliance with Transportation Safety Corporate Manual requirements and related practices.
Review transportation controls within HSE Management System.
Monitor driver behavior using IVMS, AFDD, DMS, telematics, GPS.
Analyze vehicle and driver data to detect speeding, fatigue, and unsafe trends.
Lead investigations of road traffic incidents and develop corrective actions.
Coordinate with site teams to implement systemic improvements.
