Job summary

Cb&I Llc. in Dubai seeks a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to manage subcontract agreements and performance metrics on oil and gas EPC projects. You will oversee pre-award and post-award activities, bid evaluations, and contract closeout.

The role requires 4+ years in supply chain and 8-10+ years in oil & gas EPC, plus a bachelor's degree in construction or project management. Strong negotiation, communication, and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Supply Chain; 8-10+ years in Oil & Gas EPC company, project management, subcontracts, or contract management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in executing subcontract templates, packages, bid evaluation, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Typically supports large subcontract efforts of moderate to complex scope for local and international projects.
• Handle all commercial subcontract administration work, including large packages from RFQ to execution.
• Participate in managing subcontracts for oil and gas-related construction activities.
• Lead pre-award and post-award activities: bid qualification, bid evaluations, contract award, and closeout.
• Monitor budgets and costs, approve payments, changes, and disputes to optimize company position.
