Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi seeks a Contracts Manager with extensive experience in pre- and post-award contracts for large-scale Oil & Gas EPC or process plant construction projects, particularly CMEI perspectives.

You will lead pre-award reviews, manage lifecycle contracts including drafting letters, handling claims, change orders, and communications. The role requires coordinating with project legal and procurement to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in contracts management within Oil & Gas EPC or process plant construction.
• Proven track record handling CMEI subcontracting packages.
• Strong background in both pre- and post-award contract phases.

Responsibilities

• Pre-award Review of contract clauses commercial conditions during bidding tendering stage
• Post-award Full lifecycle contract management including drafting letters managing claims change orders and correspondence
• Involvement in claims methodology arbitration and dispute resolution
• Good understanding of CAR insurance primary secondary insurance coverage
• Close coordination with project legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
