• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all structural construction activities on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and design engineers.
• Monitor schedules to ensure progress per plan.
• Inspect materials and structural components for quality.
• Identify defects and safety hazards; recommend remedies.
• Oversee safety protocols and on-site safety practices.
• Communicate findings and updates to stakeholders in meetings.
• Maintain records of work, testing results and certifications.
