Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field.
• Strong interpretation of technical drawings and specs.
• Experience with on-site reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily site supervision and monitoring of construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections and record quality checks and compliance.
• Prepare daily reports, progress logs, and photos.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and construction methods.
• Enforce site safety standards for all personnel.
• Assist in scheduling, progress tracking, and risk identification.
• Maintain organized records of site activities and deliveries.
• Communicate progress and concerns with stakeholders.
• Support QA processes and address non-conformances.
