Job summary

SailPoint Technologies Fz-llc in Dubai seeks a Professional Services Manager to lead and deliver SailPoint’s SaaS and software solutions. You will oversee client engagements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage the journey from scoping to delivery.

In this role you shadow early on, then assume responsibility for engagement management, escalation handling, and driving customer success while mentoring a growing PS team; travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifications

• 7 years of professional experience at a Software SaaS or consulting company.
• 3 years of project management experience.
• 2 years of people management experience.
• Exceptional mentorship and leadership skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience with project management duties (planning, budget, scope, schedule, risk).
• Exceptional communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Extensive experience working with Sales to scope services projects for enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the strategic efforts required to deliver SailPoint solutions.
• Shadow projects and sales efforts in the first month; take accountability for client experience.
• Oversee engagement scoping, client communication, and team management long-term.
• Provide project management duties as needed.
• Provide strategic updates on client performance to SailPoint senior management.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to maintain customer satisfaction during implementations.
• Identify opportunities to expand SailPoint solutions and services footprint.
• Support staffing decisions, utilization, performance reviews, and career development.
• Coach and develop Engagement Managers and team members.
